07:49 pm - I hate technology!
Last night I was reading Snarry happily on my computer. I put it into hibernation and went to bed about 11. This morning, I turn on the computer, grab a cup of coffee and the screen has all sorts of lines and little white squares.??? I turned off the computer and waited for it to reboot. What does the ******** do? The screen goes black and the computer begins squealing. It won't shut down, I can't get a picture, and I finally got so angry that I pulled the plug.
I've lost everything. The last pictures of my husband, photos of places we visited--things I can't get back. I know I could take it in and have a recovery done on it, but what do I say to them? "By the way, if you come across anything that you don't like, please ignore it."? Somehow I don't think that'll fly. I mean, I wish I could be there when they work on it so I could say, "Yeah, save that and ignore the rest," but I don't think so. I'm so mad.

I hate this month. Today would have been my 19th wedding anniversary, but instead I'm alone. On the 26th of September, it will be two years since the death of my husband. I hate it--I miss him, my kids miss him, and all I want to do is hide under the covers and sleep until October.
They (and who are THEY anyway)say it gets better with time. That it gets easier. I don't think it ever will.

08:15 pm - Another day...
I work in a warehouse with all men. Two of them are brothers, and the three of us are presently attending the same university. One of them and I pass each other every morning. I leave math and he attends math. His younger brother is in his first semester and is a real prankster. He leaves for class each morning smelling like high heaven and I finally discovered he's been dousing himself in AXE. Well, the other day, after being teased for wearing it (I showed everyone the AXE commercials I found on YouTube), he decided to drench me with it. Ugh. So there I am at work, trying to take care of customers and stinking like...well not good.
I may be the same age as his mother (we are friends, after all), but I've decided to get him back. I found the stinkiest rose body spray and plan to cover him. The only question is, do I do it before he leaves for school or after he gets back???
